Raiders prove yet again why the team should be dissolved and a new franchise given to another city.

It looks like Raiders coach Lane Kiffin is history.

So next year it will be their third coach in three years. It looked like by hiring Kiffin and giving him lots of power, Al Davis was actually going to make a good faith effort to fix the team.

That sure lasted a long time.

The guy is completely off his rocker and should have retired long ago. The team called the "Raiders" has become such an embarrassment that the NFL should seriously consider dissolving the franchise and give another city a team. How about Portland, Oregon? They have a NBA team, why not NFL too? Or maybe New Mexico? There are lots of states without NFL franchises and would probably love to have one. Sure the new team probably wouldn't be that good at first, but it could hardly be worse than the Raiders are right now. At least then they could get an owner/GM who actually wanted to create a winning team.

One thing, though, is for certain: The Chargers can chalk up another two guaranteed wins next year.
